By placing an order via our website you are entering into a contact of purchase to buy the chosen product.
If you cancel your order prior to despatch a full refunds will be made to you via the same method used for payment, unless otherwise notified. If the order is cancelled after despatch then this will be treated the same as "Return of Non-faulty goods" as shown below.
Return of Non-faulty Goods
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return the product to us, you may do so provided you notify us within 7 working days of delivery. We will not refund any outbound carriage charges and it is your responsibility to return the product to us at your cost. The goods being returned must be complete, unused and in "as new" condition with all original packaging and labelling intact; any products not conforming to this requirement may be subject to a restocking and packaging fee. We are not responsible for the goods until they have been returned to our premises and you should obtain proof of postage or send goods via recorded delivery. Non faulty goods will not be accepted for return after seven days following delivery.
These rights apply to private consumer sales only.
Return of Faulty Goods
Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods should be notified to us as soon as possible and we may require your assistance in returning the goods to us. We will forward any faulty goods to the relevant manufacturer prior to deciding what action to take. Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Where this is not possible the cost of the goods will be refunded in full. Goods that have been abused or misused will not be eligible for repair, replacement or refund.
